Membership Information

At Palmas Pickleball Resort, membership is designed for players who value seamless access, curated play, and a refined club atmosphere. Every detail is intentionally structured to maximize your time on court while maintaining the elevated experience our members expect.

Enjoy unrestricted open play daily from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM.

Our courts are thoughtfully organized by skill level, ensuring consistently competitive and

enjoyable matches in a well-balanced environment.

Executive Members receive exclusive access to structured and reliable court reservations.

Prime Time Access (No Additional Fee):

• 7:00 AM – 9:00 AM

• 9:00 AM – 11:00 AM

• Reserved in 2-hour blocks during prime time only

Evening Reservations (No Additional Fee):

• Available in 1-hour increments

Included with Membership:

• 3 complimentary reservations per week

• Booking access opens 7 days in advance

• All reservations managed by member through the CourtReserve app

To maintain fairness and availability for all members, the following policies are strictly upheld:

• The reservation holder must be present and actively playing

• Reservations are not able to be moved to different court

• Reservations may not be made on behalf of others

• A 5-minute grace period is enforced; courts will be released after

• Reservations are non-transferable• Cancellations within 24 hours are subject to a fee

Repeated misuse will result in account strikes.

Three strikes on account will result in removal of ability to book courts free of charge for the remainder of the season.

Members enjoy access to a variety of structured programming designed to enhance both

competition and community:

• Members receive 25% off guest day passes

• Member must be present at check-in and participating in play

• Guest privileges are not valid for drop-off use
